What Is CL/AL?
Customized Living (CL) offers individuals essential health care management and monitoring within an Assisted Living Facility (ALF) environment. Our services include assistance with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), Instrumental Activities of Daily Living (IADLs), and home management. Customized Living is typically available 24 hours a day and is designed for those on waivers such as CADI, BI, and EW.
